A strong Cappuccino is my go-to - with a tiny bit of chocolate on top! I also can’t say no to a cheese and herb scone…

What’s your favourite thing about working at The Chocolate Bar?
I love the relaxed, homely atmosphere of the shop! I also love having a wee flirt with our regular customers - they’re always up for a laugh.

What’s your go-to order in the cafe?
Definitely a flat white with oat milk and a bit of Anita’s carrot cake!

What’s your favourite thing about working at The Chocolate Bar?
For me, it’s building relationships with our customers and getting to know what they like.
I’ve also self-appointed myself as the Scone Queen and love experimenting with new flavours!

What’s your go-to order in the cafe?
A tea and a cheese scone for me… Maybe a bit boring, but it never lets me down!

As well as getting to work with such a great team of people, I love the homely atmosphere that we have in the shop… Meeting old and new customers and hearing their stories!

What is your role at The Chocolate Bar?
I am a stationery designer, I do wedding stationery and many rebrands along with design for packaging among other things. I assist Kira with all things packaging and printing!

Chances are if you see it printed in the shop, it is my handy work.

Unfortunately, I don’t get to visit as I live so far away however I do love ordering Brownies & Chocolate via post.

What is your role at The Chocolate Bar?
I’m Kira’s Virtual Assistant! I check the website each week to ensure all links are working and make sure there are no issues. I also assist with emails and any remote online stuff required. In addition to making sure everything is working the way it should, I love to generate ideas and help to get things off the ground!

I suppose you could describe what I do best as being a personal assistant, virtually!

What is your role at The Chocolate Bar?
I am the director of The Chocolate Bar Ellon LTD. I love most aspects of my role (well, apart from paperwork). I love chatting with all our customers, baking, making all the chocolates, and inventing new products.
