Passion from the very start…
Kira has been passionate about chocolate from a very young age. After finishing school, she went on to study, specialising in chocolate and patisserie.
She worked as a Chocolatier and Confectioner within the industry, before taking the leap to start her own business in 2008…
This is where Chocolat Passions was born.
Little did Kira know, Chocolat Passions would be an incredible success and eventually lead to her becoming the owner of The Chocolate Bar in 2015.

ETHICAL VALUES
Ethics are at the heart of our business, and we aim to operate as sustainably as possible. Our coffee is triple certified meaning it is approved by the Fairtrade Foundation, Rainforest Alliance, and the Organic Food Federation. Our coffee farmers get a fair price, and wildlife is not harmed when sourcing our coffee.
We also aim to lower our carbon footprint by sourcing locally where we can, as well as using recycled, recyclable and biodegradable packaging where possible.
Customers can even collect our used coffee grounds at the end of every day to repurpose and reduce waste. Coffee grounds are incredible for use in body scrubs, gardening, and adding to compost.
